Tensik Marks 20 Years as a Concrete Batch Plant Manufacturer

The year of Tensik

Expanded 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and six-acre yard support concrete plant engineering, quality, safety, and production execution across North America

Tensik Industries, a United States concrete batch plant manufacturer serving ready-mix, precast, block, and specialized concrete producers across North America, today announced “TENSIK 20 — 2026: The Year of Tensik,” marking 20 years of concrete plant engineering, manufacturing, and industry experience.

The milestone begins a new chapter for the company and coincides with an expanded 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and six-acre staging and storage yard in Orlando. The larger footprint supports improved material flow, component organization, fabrication visibility, equipment staging, and coordination across multiple concrete batching plant projects.

“For 20 years, Tensik has grown through engineering, manufacturing experience, and the determination to keep improving,” said Eduardo Fuenmayor, founder and CEO of Tensik Industries. “TENSIK 20 represents more than an anniversary. It represents the standard we are building for the future: disciplined engineering, safer work practices, documented quality, clearer production milestones, and concrete plants designed for dependable performance.”

Tensik designs and manufactures portable concrete batch plants, stationary concrete batching plants, modular systems, cement silos, aggregate handling equipment, conveyors, and custom plant components. Its equipment supports ready-mix concrete, precast concrete, block manufacturing, and specialized production applications.

The company’s engineering approach considers plant layout, material flow, production objectives, access, maintenance, transportation, installation, and future scalability. Each project may require a different configuration, but the goal remains consistent: practical equipment designed around the producer’s operating requirements and supported by disciplined manufacturing execution.

During 2026, Tensik will continue strengthening standardized manufacturing procedures, quality checkpoints, production documentation, and testing practices. The company is also working to bring production schedules current through improved sequencing, milestone tracking, shop-floor coordination, and expanded staging capacity. These efforts are intended to provide better visibility across engineering, purchasing, fabrication, assembly, testing, and shipment preparation.

Tensik’s manufacturing approach includes engineering review, incoming material verification, dimensional inspection, welding and fabrication controls, coating preparation, electrical and pneumatic verification, and pre-shipment testing. The company is developing more consistent documentation at key production stages to improve traceability, production readiness, and communication throughout each project.

Safety remains an important part of the company’s next phase. Tensik is focused on strengthening workplace procedures, training, shop organization, equipment readiness, and safety considerations within concrete plant design. The company believes that safer operations and better quality are connected through clear standards, disciplined execution, and accountability at every stage.

The expanded Orlando operation provides additional space for raw materials, fabricated components, completed modules, and equipment awaiting shipment. It also gives production teams greater flexibility to organize concurrent projects while maintaining clearer separation between cutting, fitting, welding, assembly, coating, inspection, and staging activities.

The “TENSIK 20” campaign will feature facility updates, engineering insights, manufacturing demonstrations, customer projects, and educational content about concrete plant design and production. Through these initiatives, Tensik aims to share the people, systems, and experience behind its equipment while giving concrete producers a closer look at how batching plants and related components are engineered and manufactured.

The anniversary also reflects the company’s commitment to transparent project communication, long-term customer relationships, continuous improvement, and investment in the capabilities required by modern concrete producers. Tensik plans to use the milestone to recognize the customers, employees, suppliers, and industry partners who have contributed to its development.

As Tensik enters its third decade, the company remains focused on practical engineering, scalable plant configurations, manufacturing discipline, and solutions built for demanding operating environments. “The next chapter will be measured by what we execute,” Fuenmayor said. “Our responsibility is to turn experience into stronger systems, clearer communication, and equipment our customers can operate with confidence.”
